Sozo Ministry
“Sozo” is used 110 times in the New Testament. In the original Greek, the word means “to save or make well or whole”. According to Strongs Greek Dictionary of the New Testament, “Sozo” means “to save, deliver, heal and preserve”. This encompasses the whole person, spirit, soul and body. Some scriptural examples of this word are as follows:
“That if you confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart tht God raised Him from the dead you shall be saved (Sozo).” - Romans 10:9
“But Jesus turning and seeing her said, “Daughter, take courage, your faith has made you well (Sozo), and at once the woman was made well (Sozo).” - Matthew 9:22
“And those who had seen it reported to them how the man who was demon-possessed had been made well (Sozo).” - Luke 8:36
From just these three scriptures you can see that God’s desire is to bring complete wholeness whether that is through salvation, healing or deliverance.
In praying for people over the last five years, we have come to understand in a measure, the significance between disease and the emotions. In Sozo, we seek to bring healing of past wounds in order to break strongholds, replace lies with the truth and close “doors” to the enemy.
We have received our training from the Bethel Church Sozo Team and each of our team members have experienced Sozo on a personal level. We welcome the opportunity to assist you in finding freedom in your life. If you wish to schedule a Sozo appointment you may email us or call our contact number.
